The architecture in Havana is always amazing; it constantly keeps you wondering what style you’ll find just around the corner. It has a very rich history, even despite the wear and tear of the centuries. Many of these buildings were grand hotels or private mansions owned by millionaires in the 1950s, but after 1959, the government handed them over to homeless families, which unfortunately led to very visible deterioration in most of them. Today, I wanted to share a sample of them with you. |
