Everything I am sharing with you today is the absolute truth about what happened to me recently. Right after I came back to Lahore from my beautiful Karachi holidays, my manager told me that I was being shifted to another branch of our clothing store. They needed an extra worker there, so I quietly accepted and went to the new shop. From the very first minute, I did not feel comfortable or happy in that new environment.馃槗
As soon as I arrived, I started cleaning the entire branch. It was a lot of hard work, and I became completely exhausted and sweaty. To catch my breath, I sat down under a fan for just two minutes to cool off. The manager of this new branch saw me and said in a very rude voice, Go back to your home if you feel so hot. I respectfully told him, Sir, I just finished cleaning the whole shop and I am very tired. I am just taking two minutes of fresh air and then I will start working again.

But the manager became extremely angry. He started shouting at me again and again, saying, Are you a prince here? Why should you take a two-minute break under the fan? Did we install this fan especially for you? He insulted me so badly in front of everyone and told me to get out of the shop and go home. I was shocked and asked, What wrong words did I say to deserve this? He shouted that I talk too much and he even moved forward to hit me physically. I looked at him and said, Go ahead, hit me if you want. Seeing my confidence, he stopped but then he pushed me out of the shop with his hands. While throwing me out, he said, I will see who gives you a job now. I looked at him calmly and replied, Rizq and food come from Allah Almighty, not from any human being like you.馃槉
However, there was a security camera inside that shop. That camera live feed was directly connected to my old branch where I used to work. The manager of my old branch saw the entire incident live on the screen. When I walked back to my old branch with a heavy heart, that good manager called me inside. He said, Aftab, please do not take tension. We saw everything on the camera. We know it was not your fault.馃槚
Hearing those kind words, tears came out of my eyes. All my old coworkers and even the shop security guard came to comfort me. They gave me hope and told me that everything would be fine. I became completely silent because the shock was too big for me. After that, I quietly came back to my small rented room.馃ス
My old manager promised me that he would discuss this entire matter with the main shop owner and call me back to work soon. It has been three days now, and I am sitting at home without any work. The management has not even sent my salary yet, but they promised to send it within one or two days. Because of this bad experience, I have already applied for a job at some other places.馃ズ
I am feeling very sad and low these days, which is why I could not take any picture of myself or my surroundings to share with you all. I am really sorry for not including a photo this time, my friends. Please pray for me that I find a good and respectful job very soon.馃様
