Lol. Good read. I know Mort is a work of fiction but pretty much every tesco and sainsburys has an army of Morts working those shop floor management positions. They tend to be predatory and weird with just enough petty authority in the shop to help enable them to continue to be predatory, weird, and pedantic. Good writing matey.
