Perhaps, you are right and perhaps I am wrong on the ad revenue model.
One thing that is clear to me though is that this creator to consumer ratio is not sustainable. Even as the inflation gets reduced as time goes on.
I am pretty much a consumer when it comes to content, rather than a creator. Posting a few posts here and there.
Our creators don't want to be shareholders, they don't want to put their own stake on the line. Most just cash out at the expense of the consumers rather than wanting to grow alongside their consumers.
This is a problem that needs to be solved, how a solution to it can be found other than the ad revenue model does not come to my mind at this particular moment.
But I think, the reward pool is the root of this problem. At least in its current version and keeping a blind faith on the reward pool as if it is the perfect thing there is and believing in consumers doing a good job at curating will not solve it.
