이번에는 파리에서 먹었던 음식을 소개해볼까 합니다!!

아름다운 도시만큼이나 다양한 음식이 많았던 파리

까르보나라
Carbonara
솔직한 평은 오리지널 유로피안 까르보나라이기 때문에 한국에서 접했던 맛과는 확연히 달랐다. 조금 싱겁고 밍밍했다. 원래 까르보나라를 좋아하는 이유는 입에 넣었을때 고소하고 느끼하면서 부드러운 맛이 있기 때문인데 여기서 먹었던 까르보나라는 느끼함 보다는 담백하고 착 감기는 맛이없어 조금 아쉬웠다.
하지만 전반적으로 깔끔해 괜찮았던 메뉴였다.
to be honest this original European carbonara is pretty different from Korean style carbonara. it's somewhat bland. originally the reason why i prefer carbonara is that the flavor is pretty soft and greasy and oily when i put it in my mouth. but there was no these kinda flavors in this carbonara i tried in Pairs. overall it was good try tho :)
이 음식은 케밥이다. 파리의 길거리를 돌아다닐때마다 항상 나의 걸음을 멈추게 만들었던 음식이다. 역시나 음식은 굉장이 맛있었다.
the name of this dish is Kebab. it always made me stop and watch it everytime i wandered the street of Paris.
no wonder it was quiet good and delicious.
한국에서 부터 궁금했고 꼭 한번은 먹어보고 싶었던 달팽이 요리이다.
뜨거운 불판위에 나왔고 맛은 특별하진 않았지만 왜 별미인지 알 수 있었던 요리였다.
고소한 맛이 평소에 먹던 골뱅이를 먹는 느낌이었다.
this is the snail that i really wanted to try at least once from South Korea.
it was served with hot grill pan. the flavor was not special but i could get to know why it became a delicacy.
the taste was similar to whelk that Koreans sometimes eat when they drink.
마지막으로 소개해드릴 음식은 푸아그라 입니다!!
세계 3대 진미중 하나인 음식으로 거위의 간 입니다.
어떤 음식이길래 세계 3대 진미중 하나가 되었을까 궁금한 마음에 도전해봤습니다.
솔직히 너무 느끼하고 오묘한 맛이라 제 입맛에는 맞지 않았지만 한번쯤은 먹어볼만한 음식인 것 같습니다 :)
the dish that let me introduce for the last time is foie gras.
it is one of the world's three greatest dishes with caviar and truffle. and it is Goose liver.
i was so curious about how it became one of the world's three greatest dishes.
honestly, it was oily and unique, you should try at least one in your life tho :)
