드디어 독일에서 학수고대하던 맥주와 학센, 슈니첼, 소세지를 먹어볼 수 있게 되었다!!
독일에 도착하자마자 숙소에 짐을 풀고 바로 나와서 저녁을 먹으러 레스토랑으로 향하였다.
맥주의 고장답게 모든 테이블에서는 맥주를 마시고 있었고 마치 물처럼 여러 테이블에서 여러번 맥주를 주문하는걸 쉽게 볼 수 있었다.
finally, i can eat Schweins Haxen and Schnitzel and Sausage and beer that i was super looking forward to eating from South Korea!
i was heading to the restaurant to eat three of these and beer as soon as i got to Germany.
i could see everyone was drinking beer on their own table and ordering beer over and over again easily like a water.
no wonder Germany is known for beer without doubt!! it was amazing for me who love beer!
유감스럽게도, 감기가 있어 무알콜 맥주를 시켰지만 역시나 나를 실망시키지 않았다.
unfortunately, i had a cough at that time. so i drank a nonalcoholic beer. it was good tho. it didn't let me down at all.
맥주를 주문한 후, 독일에 왔다면 꼭 먹어봐야 한다는 슈바인 학센과, 슈니첼, 소세지와 감자튀김을 주문했다.
and i ordered Schweins Haxen and Schnitzel and Sausage that we should try when we come to Germany after ordering beer
슈바인 학센이다. 처음 먹어보는 메뉴였지만 맛은 정말 환상적이었다. 양이 많지만 다 먹고나서도 아쉬움에 발걸음이 떨어지질 않았을 정도였다. 그 중에서도 바삭바삭한 껍질이 최고였다. 맥주와는 정말 환상의 궁합인 것 같다.
this is a Schweins Haxen. even though it was my first time trying this ever in my life. overall the taste and flavor were so amazing. it seemed like trying to hold me back not to leave that place to eat more haha. and the best part of it was the skin of it. cuz it was super crispy!!! it went well with beer.
그리고 두번째로 주문한 슈니첼이다. 슈니첼은 우리나라의 돈까스와 맛이 비슷하다. 학센보다는 아니었지만 역시 맥주와 잘 어울리는 훌륭한 메뉴였다.
and secondly i ordered Schnitzel which is similar to a Korean style pork cutlet in terms of both looking and taste.
it was not better than Schweins Haxen for me. it went well with beer as well tho :)
마지막으로 소세지를 시켰다. 물론 맛은 한국에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 소세지와 별다른 차이점은 없었지만 맛있었다.
lastly, i ordered Sausage. it was good. even though there was no difference between a sausage i had in Korea and in Germany .
