Long time, no post. I have been for a couple of runs without posting but my running has been almost as slack! Rainy weather for the previous two weekends did not help. I got back into it with a nice 10K run yesterday afternoon following a short cycle to the hardware shop to buy some screws for a DIY project. I had to give the bike a good clean and pump some air into the tyres - more than one year had passed since I’d last been in the saddle.
