Everybody in this life has a special day whether you are wealthy or not, you have a special day as for me my day of matriculation is a big special day for me that I will never forget in my life, I've been looking forward to this day for like some weeks and when it arrives I was so excited, I wake up in the morning feeling so happy and excited because I truly wait for this day to come because I knew it will be a great day for me that I will never forget in my life.
When I woke up I started preparing myself towards the day, When I first entered the kitchen I washed all the dishes, Secondly I swept the kitchen and the room third I now enter the bathroom and have my bath and brush my teeth after that I now wear my clothes and my matriculation gown because without the matriculation gown the day will not be complete so after that I stepped out to the school campus were I see alot of students wearing a beautiful dresses, parents Walking around happily and friends greeting each other because it's a memorable and special day to celebrate with each other.
The matriculation ceremony itself was wonderful because of the decorations and how the student dresses it was very wonderful. We all the students gathered to gather and listen to speech from the school lecturer and the school management and we took matriculation oath.
At that moment I feel like I'm now a full time university boy that is a big boy, it gives me that impression that I'm beginning a journey that will really change my life and future.
So after that the fun part of it begins, I will turn left people are snapping pictures I will turn right people full everywhere snapping pictures, the ones that are taking the pictures alone and the ones that are being snap by friends and family members.
So I walk a little and try to snap myself too and that's when I saw one of my friends and he was snapping alone too so I joined him and we snapped together and as we moved a lot bit and we saw our classmates so we joined them too and begin to snap as well the way was really fun, We even told strangers to snap all of us together for memory sake.
But one thing I enjoy most is meeting new people getting to know each other, making new friends because before the matriculation ceremony I only know my classmates but in the matriculation ceremony I knew people we exchanged contacts and talked, laughed and made fun together that was a very beautiful moment of my life.
After the matriculation ceremony some of us decided not to go to the house immediately rather we arrange ourselves to go out for outings to have fun together one more time before we go to the house because we know this day might not come again and one thing I noticed about everybody is that we all are very happy feels that we are now university students.
As the day came to an end I felt really happy and excited, I felt thankful that my matriculation was not just snapping pictures and wearing the matriculation gown but it reminds me of starting a new journey as a university student and something will keep as a memory for the future.
Right now whenever I remember my matriculation day I feel excited for the moment I Share with my friends, classmates and family members that support my journey
