Hi everyone. It's a pleasure to be here having heard so much amazing things about the platform, I couldn't look back but sort out how to be here. Now that I am finally here, my joy knows no bounds. Thanks to @Kenechukwu97 who had a sleepless night to ensure I enrolled perfectly. My membership of other platforms like Uptrennd, Swerge and noise.cash will give me a mile leverage to be a better blogger here, on hive.
**WHO AM I?**
My name is Ishmael Kelechi Andrews, a forty years old Nigerian, married to the most industrious and supportive woman in the world. Our marriage is blessed with two wonder children (Peace and Praise).
I studied History at the University and currently I work as a school administrator, a very tasking job that needs me to manage adults (staff), teenagers (students) and material. I have to manage over four hundred students and likely know them individually and intimately. Over time, I have been able to build my writing skills through engagement in other platform like Uptrennd. I was on steemit too back in the days but lost my keys and password but here I am now. Poetry, creative writing and historic writings are my places of strength when it come to writing and I am sure to give it a perfect touch on this platform. For part-time reasons, I ventured into snail and plantain farming. As an African, farming is our local occupation and I am giving it a good shot not to lose out on it.
To calm my nerves after a long day, I play scrabble. My love for scrabble is undescribable . During my college years, I won an inter-departmental competition that is worth $500 in cash. It was my happiest moment back then and I have never lay down the act of playing scrabble.
I also get to encourage young people to play scrabble especially to learn new vocabularies and build their knowledge of words.
WHY AM I HERE?
I love adventure. The urge to discover and take on new challenges. I want to assume a new role in the blogging business, something more tasking and all encompassing. I have no doubt that I will find it here on hive.
