in this post i would like to show of the Eachine LAL5 prebuild FPV drone.
The Quad comes already assembled in a fancy box. The only thing you really need to do is connecting your Receiver (in my case FRSKY R-XSR) to the fc.
For me as a beginner its a easy way to get start.
On the FC you will find connectors which is kinda.. well not good to fix :D
Usually im soldering all wires directly to the fc, so its easier to fix it afterwards.
The battery which can be used are 4s-6s. After some testing i suggest fly this beast on 6s since your get more punch on throttle peaks. Flighttime is about 5-7mins depending on your "style" to fly the drone. Its really acrobatic and FAST!
Also a cool feature is the build in dual camera called caddx tarsier v2. One Camera is used for the live feed up to 800mw and the other one shoot movies in up to 4k 30fps / 2,7k.
I did some modifications to the stock quad. First i connected a new pigtail and extendend the VTX antenna. so its above the battery and not get blocked. This can couse bad signal on the way back..
I also installed a GPS unit / beeper and LED lights. With this i can do GPS rescue incase i get bad signal, loosing control or. what so ever. For this i will show of a briefly tutorial in the near future. This is a bit more complicated and needs some know who. I posted a list of youtube channels to get start with in my latest post.
A really handy feature of the quad is the build in bluetooth function. Right in the field you can change all parameters of your drone with the speedebee app for android and ios. I usually bring my ipad so i can can connect also the gopro on a large screen and look through my footage.
All in all the quad flys very handy and smart. You can do impressive acrobatic stunts after some training. My final goal is to fly with a GoPro to capture Cinematic FPV shots. But until that Fly Crash Fix Repeat
