Finally, I finished the 3D work of another new building. It feels good to work with new plans. And if that is your own doing. I have been working on it for the last few days. Even today it took the whole day to finish its work.

Honestly, some part of this house I collected and made from another house plan. But not all. The square part in front of the house is the part I have collected from the plan of another house. Because I couldn't make that part even after trying a lot. Anyway. Here are some of the processes I used to create this design.

At first I didn't design it with a 2D plan. I made it directly from the 3D box. First I took a box of (50 '* 20'). Then I drew a plan on that box. You will understand when you see picture number 3. It took me a little longer. But it is an advantage for me to work. This house has 2 floors. And I made the two floors differently. Downstairs I put the kitchen and living room. And upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and living space.

The square boxes on the front are just to enhance the beauty. So nothing complicated was done on the plane of this house. A very simple plan. And some of the glasswork I did and some collected from the 3D warehouse. I have modified them as per my need. I have done a lot of glassworks here. I have benefited a lot from 3D Warehouse to do this work. Because the steel grills in front of the house are all taken from the 3D Warehouse.

I used SketchUp software to do this total design. I always work with this software. After finishing the work of 3D with SketchUp, I export this design to a 3D model for rendering with lumion. I wanted to add some more fake houses around it. It made it look more beautiful. For this, I made many roads around the house. But after many attempts, the roads did not come in a 3D model. I don't know what it is for. So I rendered the original drawing as it was. Here I painted this house. I have tried to give original color to everything. But I could not arrange around this house according to my needs. I have also added a swimming pool at the back of the house. And I also gave some plants there.

And after doing everything, I made a video of it. I did this with lumion software. I have given here a video of the total view of this design. I have given pictures of some of my work processes here. I hope you like it.
