Respect the Garlic

Home Dried Red Chili's
I grew these chili's in my home garden this year and have found a great way to keep them so I can use them through the winter and probably till the next harvest. In a word...drying. yes simply air dry

Won't be long now
Garlic, Chili's, Kale, Lettuce and Tomatoes in the vegetable patch. Everything is now well rooted and in full grow mode. The garlic tips have all turned brown and some of the bottom leaves have wilted.
