OfferLetter is a service that aims to fill the negotiation gap - the difference in compensation among employees based on negotiation skill at the time of the offer. I myself have come to realize that I was a bit of a pushover when I got my first offer, and while I've been told that "it's okay" to just not have that extra bonus and it's not that much... I can sense you shaking your head at me in awe already at why I would ever accept that reasoning.

I haven't been totally up for purchasing this service right away, at $250 (apparently discounted) I still hesitate over the hidden content, whether it's just peppy advice or heavily actionable. I think what's available for viewing is still worth looking over, and at the least it's in the right space - gets you thinking about something that you may have not thought about before.
