The AirTame is an advanced screen share, primarily designed for businesses and schools but also available for the home, which solves problems or inconveniences that other similar, popular devices have. Just plug the AirTame into the USB port of a TV, and then you can share everything from your desktop on multiple AirTamed monitors at the same time!
Other known, popular competitors are the Chromecast and AppleTV, but as the AirTame site notes, the AirTame has significant advantages over each. The AppleTV is simply dependent on being used in the Apple ecosystem, if you use Windows and Apple together then someone's going to get left out. This issue is even more pronounced in a workplace, but the AirTame works no matter what device type you use.
The Chromecast is more device agnostic, too, but in my experience, desktop sharing is ridiculously slow and so it's very dependent on sharing from the Chrome browser. But the AirTame's purpose is to make desktop sharing to one or more AirTamed monitors very fast and easy. Chromecast also shows beautiful pictures in the background when sharing is inactive; AirTame lets you change that to be business dashboards/charts/graphs or other wall features as well.
AirTame offers comparisons against many other share options as a way of showing why it's different and why it can be better.
