Hey guys, I'm excited to share my latest fanart with you! It is nice to participate again. I started this piece last week but never got to finish because I am having some challenges with my drawing tablet and I was also feeling uninspired the past week but I pulled through to finish this painting

For this piece, I wanted a modern fantasy look for her. The River Nymph is cute and I love her colours. I thought it would be fun to put a fantasy creature in modern clothes but still keep the elements associated with her character by having a water body nearby. I guess an alternative would have been to have water effects. The hard part was to design the concept.
I made use of a 3d model for the sketch
I liked this purple top she was wearing but once I started filling the background, it a little too much and unnecessary
It was also hard to decide how to finish. In one version i have a shredded crop top and a canvas texture.
I think I went a little overboard on colours but I like the full picture. I hope you all enjoy my latest creation as much as I do. Thanks!
