Happy weekend, how are you all doing, I hope you all are doing great. Today I want to share with another simple diy upholstery art work on the reupholster of a car seat. Truly is really something you can do by your self without much stress. Abd by doing this it can save you some money for your self.

Today I will love to share with you all how I make this beautiful seat below 👇

Before

Let get to work
Step 1
I when to where I use to buy my materials to purchase the leather I am using for the seat. Here I am using too different leather but both black, One is plane why the other one is spotted.
I am using the plane leather at the side why the spotted one will be at the center. Here is my two material.

Step 2
I loose out the back seat from the main seat for easy upholstery and measurement with the help of my working tools

Step 3
I now use my measurement take to measure out the horizontal length and the vertical length of each joining in the seat.

Step 4
I now transfer the measurement I write on the seat to my leather and then cut it out remember spotted for middle why plane for side.

Step 5
After cutting I cut out my leather I now shape it to form the shape I am looking for by place the new material on the old seat and then draw out the shape exactly has it is on the seat and also consider the sawing allowance.

I do same to all. After that I now gum them to my roof material the increase in the thinkness, make it smooth and strong.

Finally cut it out

Step 6
The sewing and the reupholst process.
I use my sewing machine I carefull saw my new leather together exactly has it is in the old seat

The upholstery process

After my sewing I now clip the new leather to my foam ie the seat frame

Finally tight it back and here is what I have has and outcome.

Finally take a picture of my self with my seat
