While walking around the city of Alanya, trying to find an interesting subject to take photos, I have found this traditional house. The moment when I saw the house, its overall composition and simplicity attracted me. I even stopped right in front of the house to start taking photos.
Since it was an old place that people used to walk through it, lots of locals and tourists passed by the old building’s facade. To tell the truth, it was so fascinating to look at the street from there, so I could spend hours and take photos of passing people using this background.
It is always great and satisfying to find such places in the middle of the modern concrete world. It gives a lovely feeling of nostalgia and coziness and even makes you realize how lucky you are to see a piece of history.
Have you ever found some old place of national history or architecture in the middle of the modern world?
