In cities where a large river flows, you will always see recreational boats, ferries, and cruise ships.
Belgrade is not an exception due to the unique and unconventional water transport. It can provide great opportunities for all kinds of lovers of the water. As the photography, for me, the most interesting things were the combination of historic houses, huge river Danube, and modern boats. Moreover, it is impossible to miss the graffiti that can be observed almost everywhere in the city.
An ordinary passer-by may see the meaningless disorder, and it is even possible that they claim that this chaos corrupts the beauty of the city. However, for the artist in me, it was always exciting to see the works of fellow artists and the emotions they transmitted through their art. I am a big fan of street art in general, and I believe that these masterpieces play a meaningful role in the urban landscape, regardless of the messenger’s intention.
