Today i have some more unusual entries for @monochromes#monomad challenge. I bought a cheap USB-Microscope some time ago and found it these days while cleaning up some drawers. So i grabbed some snail houses and seashells from the shelves of the Fossil department and made a few micro shots. Maybe i should check if there are some affordable microscopes on the market out there with better image quality and higher resolution than this little thing i have here. Anyway, let's check out the micro shots i made for you to enjoy.

Snail House Spirals

Then we go really close to the side of one of those snail houses.

Seashell Rays
Next up are seashells. This is a flat mussel with rays that look like a sunrise or sunset.

This one has a kind of defect which i don't know where it comes from. It's not a crack. It reminds me of the traces a caterpillar makes when feeding on plant leafs.
