As beautiful as a mural and painting can be, sometimes it can also cause an alarm or trigger anyone to do something they don't want to. It is good to know that both murals and paintings can also have so much meaning, either the positive ways or the negative ways. So if it's talking about politics or trying to use it to attack someone, that can be an offensive thing, and then it can also harm someone indirectly.

I once worked in a place where I sell arts, and honestly I can say some things about it: I spent two good years selling arts. These so-called arts carried historical cultural meanings and so on. Given examples of some arts that I have seen. I have seen some art that talks about our forefathers and how they were treated back then. I will say anytime I came across these arts, it was so emotional.
In fact, there are places to see all these things, and honestly, it's nothing but beautiful. If there's no art, no one would have any kind of imagination of what has happened in the past.
However too much of everything is bad and there's no doubt about that, even if there's arts country and the society should have limitations to what should be posted in the society, if the arts can cause something negative to someone people life then that's a way to harm someone. You don't need to do it physically to harm someone, meanwhile arts that can mislead people's life should not also be seen especially for the younger ones, giving for instance an arts that talks about pornography in the public should not be seen by the children and that's why there should be limits to it.
On the other hand, arts should not be stopped, because they also make life beautiful and make people remember everything in the past. They can only put limitations on it but not stop it.
