So I was thinking about the healthcare issues and how blockchain could solve it
the essential problem is you don't want the poor to pay as much as the rich for it, and there is no way to do that at the current economics system
So my proposal is and don't take the number for granted each number should be studied carefully:
US spend $3.207 trillion on health care for 325 million citizen
this token lets name it Carecoin -Caretoken-TOHC (i can come up with better names i swear) can equal 100$ meaning total coins number is 30 billion or so
now around half of that will be disturbed fairly so 15b/325m around 46 token each
now the other half will be divided to:
10% re distributed to special need , birth ,,,,,,,
10% government employee, mediator ....etc
20% this token will be sold through government platform which change the rate based on the Tax return of the last year
so rich pay more poor pay less
10% to official charity
again the number is just an example there should be real studies to consider that which belive me won;t cost as much as Obama/Trump care
by the way it's token not coin means it will be destroyed after using it and at the end of the year all token will be destroyed and reproduced
