This GIF is based on a black backgrounds with computer-generated fireworks spanning the screen. We've used this 'fireworks' theme before in previous banner images so it seems to flow well.
In the middle is the blue/purple Utopian logo with our STEEM Account Name in the middle. Our witness tagline, "Steem's first community-driven witness" is displayed right at the center, and below it is a shortlink I made to quickly vote for the witness. Lastly, at the bottom is our 'famous' slogan open source economy.
I made this give using the same software as the previous one. However, my focus with this one was different.
This time, I wanted to make the GIF more colorful and lively, so it would catch people's attention. I relied on mostly blueish-purpleish fireworks because it blended well with the Utopian Logo. In the center, I made @utopian-io really large so people know who to vote for.
The middle link http://tiny.cc/utopian is a shortlink I created so people can quickly vote. It redirects you to SteemConnect's Witness Voting Tool (supported by Steemit) and all it requires is a quick login.
