A new year, a new beginning!

The first posting in Steemit has to be the presentation. This is the rule and tradition and I like to respect the tradition. I don't even know how to get started even though I did this two and a half years ago.

Of course, with a brief presentation!

My name is Dan. I'm retired. I live in Bucharest, Romania.

I have many passions: film, music, walking, traveling, art, cooking, and photography. This last passion, photography, made me open this account.

Ahhh! I forgot to say something ... this is Bluemoon's second Steemit account. I mean the main one is @bluemoon!

The main reason why I opened this second account is my passion for photography. This passion makes me have thousands of photos and many of them I would like to post here. That took me, following the example of @kus-knee, @axeman, @melinda010100 and many others to Appics. An application that is a kind of Instagram, a very successful application that allows you to post a photo with little text.

I initially opened an account in Appics also with @bluemoon but because everything that is posted in Appics also appears in Steemit there can be confusion and inconvenience for the followers of Steemit where there are other rules. Of course, blogs must contain much more text and the rhythm of posting to be slower.

I felt weird writing another #introduceyourself post. I liked it too! I felt a little of the emotion of the beginning.

Now I hope to be able to replace the #bluemoon account with @moonappics in Appics.
