So it has been a tedious day and what better way to unwind than melting a little bit of scrap silver and making a few bars.
Now to be fair i missed taking any real photos of the process but i did get to try the textured roller for my rolling mill. I rolled the bars a little flatter and then hand stamped a few random maples in one and two mermaids in the other and swapped out the roller which is tedious as you have to take the machine apart. I used the checked roller and it makes the stamps underneath appear like water marks.
