All the images in your post are clearly black and white, except the first one.
It also shows browns/yellows on the trees.
If it was simply a blue hint we would consider it a monochrome and would not mute it.
I don't know if it's you who are colorblind or if it's my screen, but there's definitely a difference between that shot and the rest.
In other hand if it was my screen or even my eyes all would look the same anyway and no difference would be perceptible.
