Our kind of sewing lessons here are different with no details, pattern drawings or illustration like the one you have done here.
I can totally relate with using standard measurements and not being able to transfer it to what will fit your size, truly there should be lessons on how to make those adjustments.

If I am privilege to learn fashion the way you did over there I will be the happiest person on earth.
Sewing ia my passion but the way we learn it here is so discouraging.
