I hope that by the time I am done I would be proud of everything am working on today, my boss is on the lookout for my creativity in making these outfits and that will determine my score.

Looking at the clock and seeing that its the 23rd day of the month already make me feel uneasy..
Time is ticking waiting for no body, it is always difficult to stay ahead of time when it comes to sewing.
To be able to make an outfit in record time, we need to start very early.

This is part of the lessons I have learnt from the business of fashion, delivering an outfit in record time makes customers satisfied.

In fashion design school, we don't just learn about sewing.
We also learn about the business of fashion.

• Fabrics that is withing customers affordability

• How to make an outfit in record time

• How to charge for our time.

• And How to be creative about everything.

• Been creative about every fabrics is very important.
  We have some very dull fabrics that you need extra creativity to bring out the best in them.

Am making the first outfits for my exhibition and the main aim for this dress is how my boss is on the lookout for how creative am going to be about this work.

It is going to be a mixture of two fabrics, this very bright Ankara print and the dull plain fabrics for the top.

The uniqueness and creativity to make this beautiful will come from both embellishments and the bead works that will follow.

Embellishments and bead work are the latest trends in fashion

And for anyone wanting to go into fashion as a career, we need constant upgrade of the skill.

And lots of other uncommon things.

For the blouse of this dress you would see me use bonings, bra cups and some unusual things.
One may not need to wear a undergarments.

Boning to hold outfit in shape...
This can suck in a tummy so that one doesn't need a tummy belt in case one is seeking to appear perfect in an outfit.

Bra cups and breast pads just to add extra boobs to the bust 😁😀..
Next time you see ladies with bigger bust than usual this is what we did underneath.

Am snatching the waist and padding the hips, this gives the outfit a perfect model shape.

These are just my first basic steps as work continues.
Just that I hope I can get through within this giving time.
I am already getting overwhelmed with the whole work and its not a good sign at all.
