It's a beautiful Tuesday morning and we are up and highly expectant of what the day has to bring our way. I do hope that we all had a beautiful night rest and are well refreshed fo face the new day. Due to the lower temperature it's very difficult to obey the alarm clock and today I woke up a little late. I didn't even hear the alarm ring regardless of how loud it was.

If you happen to have read any of my blog post, you will realize that I have been complaining about how the daily rainfall is obstructing our work in the farm. The rains are a blessing and now that blessing is so much that we can hardly do anything else in the field. We are yet to complete the transplanting of our rice and I have told my siblings that once this week is past and the task isn't done we would have no choice than to abandon the remaining parts of the field

Yesterday like every other day we have gone to the farm but was chased back home by an early morning rain. Having return home I decided to visit a friend nearby who keeps poultry and farm animals. It's been a while I visited the house hence I decided to make use of that opportunity.

Before now I usually come to the house to assist them with cleaning and taking care of the birds when they were not even up to this number and there were but few specie of birds here. But right now you can see the Geeses here

You may want to know what these different categories of birds feeds on. The type of vaccination they receive and they types of drugs given to them whenever they are sick
A sound knowledge of all these will assist one in raising a successful poultry house full of different birds like this one.

I'm quite familiar with raising turkey, Rabbits Chicken and goats.

We had a good time together, you can't imagine how friendly these birds were

I had plugged some pomegranates which we shared and the eating competition scene was so funny

These birds can eat virtually everything we eat without getting sick as they are all grown. The left over from the kitchen and all is being passed to them. Birds are more fragile when they are young and we can't deal with the young ones in this manner. They have to be feeed with the right kind of food, vaccination and clean environments.
Having vetenary doctors and stores around is equally supportive for raising birds and farm animal
