Wow, I kind of "hate" this "Use 1 Ingredient you have never used in a Sandwich"-Themed Week, it makes my head hurt, thinking about this one ingredient...
Even when sandwiteers like @lizelle shows some real special, for me it's more like, yeah tried that, done that. 😉
Now for this week I really had no effing clue what to do, my lovely lady away in Romania, the fridge empty, photo camera broken... I nearly was abandoning the contest. But then with the pressure of not missing this challenge I was checking the competition in this week and by rereading the how to on 
So, here we go for my entry to week eighty three in this most excellent contest on earth, with my not so vegan falafel bread and the never used: falafel as bread, peppermint & borage flowers. Hope you like it!
