This is the old Truman brewery in Brick Lane, London. They brewed beer here from the year 1666 and by the mid 19th century it was the largest brewery in the world. They exported booze to just about everywhere on the planet. People really liked their beer from Russia to India to America. :-)
Today it is a popular location for trendy shops, boutiques and faddy food shops. If you are in London give it a look see. As you wander around you will see some traditional shops that have survived the onslaught.
