I don't know about you but recently I've noticed a sharp decline in competence in many areas of life especially when dealing with organisations of any size.

Nobody seems to know what they are doing? No-one seems capable of making a decision without calling in a manager or similar.

We don't get what we payed for but we do get plenty of "I don't have an answer"

Maybe I'm just getting old but more and more nothing seems to work!
Is it just me feeling like this?
