This is my second week posting something in this community. I usually do clay art besides painting but this time I've tried a combo of both painting and clay art. Why not to paint clay artifects, this idea came into my mind today so I came across some unique ideas found on internet. My today's art is also inspired from it. I saw a lifesize cutting board blended with colours so I've tried a miniature version of it.

Required material

For making a clay abject you will obviously need some clay here I am using clay directly from the field that you can also use polymer clay as well.

  • Clay
  • Colours and some thin brushes
  • A thread for hanging

Process

Now let's discuss that how I did it below is the all prosedure step by step.

  • Tale some clay and falten it with a smooth tool like as you can see I have a jam applier knife which I'm carrying since I was a child.

alt

  • Now cut this flaten clay into desired shape.

alt

  • You can dry it with natural sunlight but as it was cloudy today so, I had to place it in an oven.

"

  • As you can see it is completely dry now it is ready to be painted. It was really thin so I had to carry it with little care in case not to break it.

alt

  • Cover it completely with white paint I had to apply three thich layers to give it a smooth look.

alt

  • Now it is time to do real things, to give it a life and make this blank white piece into colourful flowers.

alt

alt

  • To give it colourful life I used light pink, blie shades, orange , yellow and purple as well as somewhere green too. I used thse colours to give it a summer cool colours.

alt

  • To be honest it was quite hard to make and give tiny details with my filthy brush so, I had to use a thick and a thin needle to make those dots and some stems as well.

  • Here my today's poece of art is just about to complete only a single flower is left to be drawn and below are the images of the project when I completed it.
