I took screengrab from the video and composed this for the painting
Started with the background.. made a cloudy sky and far ground and water
Added the mangroves on left and the roots rising up with some random strokes
This is the first time I tried painting mangroves.. it was kind of a experiment trial and error .. now that the scene is set made a quick sketch of the boat and the fisherman
Painting dark skin is challenging but I think I have got the gist of this. After finishing this I felt I have to do a larger portrait of this subject
