Journalist Gerard Romero, who works for Radio Catalunya, has revealed that Barcelona has already begun negotiations with Paris St Germain to bring Neymar back.
Neymar had left Barcelona in the summer of 2017 in a record deal to Paris Saint-Germain of 222 million euros, which caused much controversy then.
