I was told that when a boiler (female) grows to a certain stage it starts to lay eggs. Like many doubting Thomases, I didn't believe because i thought that it's only layers that can lay apart from native hens.
But we kept 2 Broilers that we didnt sell during the festivity period in December 2017 so that i can see how this will work.
Ever since i have been feeding them once a day. So today i was proved wrong when i saw that my 17 weeks old boiler lay it's first egg
I am still in shock and also in doubt and I am still very happy all the same
