This sticker reminds me of the video game Cuphead and looks like it could be the final boss, the sticker is located somewhere in London i forget where exactly, the artist goes by the name Thumbo but i could not find any info online unfortunately, i really like the choice of colours here which may be my favourite thing about this sticker.
