I came across this sticker in Willesden, North-west London if my memory serves me correctly, the sticker itself is a bit of a mystery even after zooming in on the text to the left, it is in a kind of finger-print style or maybe their is an abstract image that my eyes can't quite make out, nonetheless i am intrigued and would like to know more.
