I feel like i have seen this rat version of Bart Simpson before, perhaps it was on the show itself, whatever the case using Bart Simpson is clever because most people will already recognise the character and then want to learn more of the artist/artwork itself, the artist goes by the name "The Dot Rat" on Instgram and seems to be a well travelled person.
