This sticker is from an unknown artist and was located near to Smithfield market in London, looking at this sticker gives me Roald Dahl vibes though i think it is too early to say it is Roald Dahl inspired, i would have to find out more about the artist which may prove to be difficult being that they did not leave a signature/tag.
