Interesting Street Art...

Given the amount of German stickers that i have come across lately i am going to assume that this is another one and hopefully another sticker enthusiast @kaptnkalle can translate instead of me going to Google, though my guess would be that it is football related given the actual football in the sticker and the person with a Burberry scarf covering their face looking much like the atypical football hooligan.
