Give at least half hour for discussing about their difficulties with your children.
Teach how to clean themself and how important hygiene.
Listen and support their inner feeling patiently.

Give their chance to become whatever they like. Don't put too much your pattern.
Make force to read books interestedly and ask their concepts and thinking.
Always wait and watch their behaviour and progress and fix their.
Show the way how to treat someone empathetically.
Teach your children how to stay with happy and always smile firstly.
Don't give promise easily and even if did, try to do your promise you said.
This is only my point of view. So it may be considered as a part of inspiration. The other rest is depend on you.
