Helping someone should be a personal decision,well i know that helping each other will make the world

become a better place but we also need to understand that each person has the right to help or not help

anyone if they desire,it is a personal decision that can made by anyone,an individual might decide to help only

those they can benefit from while someone else might decide to help anyone irrespective of whether they will

benefit from the person or not,it is an individual’s decision and they are entitled to make decisions which

they think is the best for them though the fact is helping each other is good for our society...
