Not necessarily - The main one I'm ranting about is a new teacher. It's difficult to lose hope so quickly - and much of it is based around complete confusion,

Computers for example, Millennials like me are trapped in this 'tech savvy' centre; sandwiched between older people who do everything by hand like the good old days, and younger people who do everything by touch screen.

So I'm just surrounded by complete illiterates, none of which have the common sense or mental capacity to, say, Google and solve their own issues. Once, I had to show one of my subordinates how to increase the size of a cell on an excel document by clicking and dragging it!

Ok don't get me started again lol

You are right though, I'd guess the majority is indeed just a lack of passion. Just here for the paycheck etc.
