Here are some photos of a walk I had never taken before!

I walked across a wooden bridge and around a frozen salt marsh. The colors were phenomenal.

We were hoping to see a snowy owl but even if we had seen one, my hands would have been too cold to snap a picture!

I hardly got any pictures of the walk at all, but it was nice spending time with a new friend and enjoying the views before my eyeballs froze out of my face.

I’d like to go back on a warmer day, but I think the cold added to the beauty of it.

On the beach, someone wrote in rocks on the sand:
HOPE
JOY
KINDNESS.

But the waves had destroyed parts of kindness and so when we first saw it we thought it was:

HOPE
JOY
KILL

Which would have been funnier and more relatable ! HA!
