ALTIFAZ DE DESCANSO
Hola comunidad Hive, bendecido día.
Hoy vamos a elaborar un antifaz que nos permitirá relajarnos, descansar mejor o conciliar el sueño bien sea por la luz, por un dia fuerte de trabajo o simplemente porque queremos desconectarnos un poco del entorno. El mismo esta elaborado con materiales sencillos, faciles de encontrar en casa.
Marteriales:
- Hoja de papel reutilizable
- lapiz y marcadores
- Regla
- Plantillas para curvas.
- Tela trozo de 24cm x 22cm
- fieltro o guata de 24 cm x 11cm
- 35 cm de elastico.
- Aguja y alfileres
- Hilos del color de la tela
- Tijeras para cortar papel y tela.

Today we are going to make a mask that will allow us to relax, rest better or fall asleep either by light, by a hard day's work or just because we want to disconnect a little from the environment. It is made with simple materials, easy to find at home.
Materials:
- sheet of reusable paper
- Pencil and markers
- Ruler
- Templates for curves.
- Fabric piece of 24cm x 22cm
- Felt or wadding of 24 cm x 11 cm.
- 35 cm of elastic.
- Needle and pins
- Threads in the color of the fabric
- Scissors to cut paper and fabric.
Elaboración:
Para hacer el patrón del antifaz en un hoja marcamos con puntos las siguientes medidas 22cm, de ancho y calculamos la mitad y bajamos 6cm para formar la nariz y de los lados bajamos 9cm; con la plantilla ovalada o un plato si no tiene, se va dando forma que vaya quedando como unas gafas o lentes. como podemos observar en la imagen.
Elaboration:

2 En la tela seleccionada al reves y doblada se coloca el patron sujetado con los alfileres para que no se muevan, cortamos dos (02) piezas; luego en el fieltro o guata sacamos 1 pieza que sera el refuerzo.

Armamos en el siguiente orden fieltro o guata, tela con el derecho hacia arriba, el elastico centrado de los lados (debe quedar dentro), tela con el derecho hacia abajo, aseguramos con alfileres y comenzamos a coser dejando 5cm en la parte superior para luego darle la vuelta, bien sea a mano o maquina según su preferencia.
Luego de coser, le damos la vuelta para enderezar, lo planchamos para acentuar y terminamos cerrando la abertura y hacemos una ultima costura alrededor de nuestra pieza completa
Hemos terminado nuestro antifaz ahora solo queda disfrutarlo, espero les guste tanto como a mi,
