The uncertainty of not knowing how long the pandemic will last is affecting the decisions of some people, some are living as if it were the end and others more conservative continue to take care of themselves and their loved ones so as not to contract the disease.
Our lives have become so contradictory that health personnel wish they did not have to go out to work, every time they leave their loved ones without knowing in what condition they will return, while the rest of the population shows a hostile attitude towards the confinement measures.

On some occasions, I have been impatient with this whole situation and what has affected the economy of the vast majority of people, including myself, the work environment, and even the general state of health due to inactivity within our homes.
We are running out of resources, creativity, and even the time of our lives is being consumed within four walls, but the threat of the virus is even worse; when will all this end without it becoming a nightmare when we are awake?
I take a deep breath and try to stay calm, I use meditation as a resource, music is also good company, time on the networks keeps me busy, but the threat is still present, silent, invisible and deadly.
I think that the way the situation is going if Covid-19 does not kill us, we will end up being killed by the encirclement, the economic problems, and even inactivity.
