Hello foodie lovers, today I will invite you to prepare one of the simple cookie recipes. This cookie is quite popular in my area, and I'm sure it's also familiar in your area. There are two types of sus cookies that I know of: wet sus cookies that are fluffy like bread, and dry sus cookies like the ones I'm preparing today. Transfer to another container and let cool at room temperature. Then add 3 prepared eggs.

Add sugar, salt, and baking powder. You can actually add the sugar when you first make the dough, but I forgot, so I added it at the end.

Add to a triangular plastic bag, then pipe onto a baking sheet. Repeat until finished. Use a piping bag for cream puffs. Since I didn't have one, I used whatever piping bag I had available.

Bake at 150 degrees Celsius using the bottom heat first for 20 minutes, then continue using the top heat for 30 minutes at the same temperature. Or you can adjust it to your own oven.

Finally, after it's cooked, I fill the cake with chocolate. Before filling it with chocolate, make sure the cake has cooled down. Don't forget to make a hole in the bottom before filling it with chocolate.
