Hey everyone, there have been some pretty terrible storms in my area this past week, resulting in whole towns flooding. I even heard of a woman that had her entire basement filled with water, floor to ceiling. While the damage done has been extensive I wanted to share with you what I consider storm related beauty in the form of lightning.

I was able to snap a few pretty amazing pictures of lightning, the quality isn't the greatest, but I still find these pictures kind of mesmerizing to look at.

There were so many lightning strikes I had to take a video. I was really struggling to stop watching the storm and lightning strikes, every time I felt like heading inside there would be a fantastic strike that pulled me back into the storm!

Just wanted to share this storm with you all, even in something so destructive there is plenty of beauty!
