Udon noodles with tendons 牛スジのうどん
This is one of the #udon noodles I missed so much, and something I wanted to eat when I come back to #Osaka. I really feel that the Japanese have avery different food culture from the European one. Well, we eat tendons! LOL! Do you eat them too?
