Recently, time seems to be passing very quickly.ใI'm sure it's because I'm getting older ๐ ๐, but since I started working in Stockholm, especially last year, I felt like the year was over in a flash. I'm sure it's because the year was so fulfilling ๐๐, but I think it's also because I'm getting used to living abroad little by little.
If you've ever studied abroad, lived in a foreign country, or worked in a foreign country, you probably know that it takes a lot of energy to get used to living in a foreign country, outside of your own familiar culture.
In such a situation, friends who were in the same situation were very reliable, and we sometimes complained to each other about the culture we are not familiar LOL! ๐, relieved our stress, shared the wisdom of living in the area, and gradually got used to living in Stockholm ๐๐.

3. This is important! Get these Philippino soy sauce and vinegar!
4. Get ready to cook chicken and chicken liver
Well, I know some Europeans hate chicken livers, so you can skip it if you do not like it. But, if you would like to try something real and legit taste, you must put it in there! ๐๐
5. Put 1 cup of soy sauce and vinegar in the pot
If you would like to have stronger taste, you can add more. But, you have got to keep that in mind, the ratio is 1-1, if you put 2 cups of soy sauce, then you put 2 cups of vinegar as well.
6. Cook!
7. Yay! DONE!
8. Eat with some rice ๐๐๐๐๐๐
The taste of adobo is kind of strong (salty), so it goes pretty well with lots of rice!
